viiiii and Devil’s Dyke Network are planning to put on seven pleasure gardens until October 2025, and we need co-facilitators & co-conspirators to make these happen. this is a paid opportunity, please read below to find out.

what are pleasure gardens?

what are touch-possible events & spaces?

we want these seven upcoming pleasure gardens to:

• create playful imaginative experiments that expand definitions of touch, intimacy, sex, sexuality and the erotic and weave non-normative ways of togetherness, connection and the collective;
• prioritise connection to human and more-than-human over habitual disconnection; counter hierarchies; privilege intuition and spirit over western colonial and capitalists forms of knowledge production; tend to the soma;
• do not shy away from exploring consent in all its complexities;
• ideally happen in person in Brighton, UK, but we can be open to hosting an online event or travelling.

through this open call, we are hoping to:

• find experienced artist and facilitators to co-author new pleasure gardens around themes of expansive decolonised sexualities, kink, BDSM, ecosexuality, consent, touch, generative conflict, care webs, and embodied activism in January-October 2025;
• find co-facilitators and/or assistant facilitators to help deliver new reiterations of How to Find Oneself in a Queer Cuddle Puddle? and touch~friends! wow!! wow!!! touch-possible spaces in January-October 2025;
• weave a network of practitioners, researchers and enthusiasts to explore connections and future collaborations – so if you feel aligned to this callout but live very far away or are not available at this time please still get in touch, if we match we can dream up some futures.
